My Sister's Five Favorite Musicals

-West Side Story
-Funny Girl
-The Sound of Music
-My Fair Lady
-The Unsinkable Molly Brown

These are probably my favorites, too. I always claim to NOT be a musical-type of gal but these I enjoy for various reasons.

Musicals Created After 1970:
-Les Miserables
-Sweeney Todd
-Dreamgirls
-The Lion King (she adds the caveat that she likes it more for the visual concept rather than the music)
-Wicked

Again, I would agree. Though I think my love for Wicked far exceeds hers... if that is even possible.
